We all know that they were once very feared, and they did horrible things, but that doesn't stop us from loving the idea of them today. Those over that age probably know more about Jack Sparrow from the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. Their pirate costumes are nothing alike, and the image they portray is very different as well. There is something about pirates that captivates the imagination - even though the origins of these folks is very questionable as best.

No matter, pirate costumes are still a lot of fun, and very popular for Halloween. These are also popular for all types of children's events. Well, the decorations are up at my house. Now it's not just any aristocratic get-up. This thing is one of a kind. This year she will go as a zombie princess.

The girls section is so adorable. Of course I'm talking about small girls here. When they're infants and toddlers, it's the best. The boy attire can hardly compete.
