Michael Jackson Costume
What happened to the King of pop? No, I'm not talking about Justin Timberlake. He's hardly the king of anything. I am referring to Michael Jackson. Remember back in the day? I mean way back in the day when that fellow was totally on top and looked normal? I know it has been a while, but can you recall the glory days. To make it simple, let's call it the 80s. After this era, the guy pretty much went down hill. At this point he has to reminisce on the "Thriller" days quite often. Back when he actually strutted his stuff as a good looking black man. Only God knows what has happened since then. One thing is for certain; you can find a Michael Jackson costume for Halloween or any special occasion online whenever you please.
He has been reduced to the punch line of oh so many jokes. He's the one, the only, Michael Jackson. Think back to the film "Scary Movie 3." The Michael Jackson costume in this flick is phenomenal. I had to do a double-take just to see if I was looking at the real Michael Jackson or not. For those of you, who haven't seen this film, check it out and you'll see what I mean. I wish I had that state of the art Michael Jackson costume to wear next Halloween. Then again, it would probably frighten small children, and possibly even some parents. After all the trash we've heard about this pop star, it's rather difficult to know what's valid and what's not. If it's true, I wouldn't be surprised, and if it's all false, I feel really bad for the guy. At least he is still famous in foreign lands.
Not even one Michael Jackson costume did I spot last October 31st. For some reason I assumed this would be a craze, like the Harry Potter or Crow costumes were. Apparently no one wants to go out dressed as a has-been pop star for trick-or-treating. In all honesty, it could affect the amount of candy they bring home. Regardless, there have to be a few folks out there craving a funky Michael Jackson costume for some quirky Halloween party or bash. Toss one on and see what it feels like to have had five different nose jobs and bleached skin. Okay, that's a little harsh. Then again, it's what we all hear.

Movie Costumes
Trick or treat? I have always loved that question. Or is it actually a question? Regardless, it always gets me in the mood for candy, masks and havoc. Okay, so maybe I should leave off that last one, but you get the point. It's all about that special night of ghouls creeps and goblins. The single and solitary night of the year when entities have the ability to roam the physical real and blend in with all us regular folks. How cool is that! Anyway, the greater matter at hand here doesn't really concern the monsters and spooks as much as it does the costumes. We all know on Halloween that we have the ability to frolic about as whatever we please. And believe me when I say I've seen some off the wall ones. One thing I do know is that no matter how many Halloweens pass, movie costumes never seem to go out of style. There are more and more each and every year.
What are your favorite movie costumes to slip into on All Hallows Eve? I can honestly say that my all time favorite is Michael Myers. Now, I'm sure that everyone has to recognize that name. If you don't, then I would have to wonder where you've been living. After all, the film was released back in 78. There's just something about Michael. It's like he has no true motive, however he only has one thing in mind. It's just plain eerie. I have to admit that I am still amazed at the number of Crow movie costumes I still spot on Halloween night. Even though that film is over ten years old, People still love the character. One of the best places to checkout on Halloween if you ever get down there is Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Franklin Street is closed off to traffic in order for all the weirdoes to come out and play. Okay, so maybe only a few are true weirdoes, but if you check it out, you are guaranteed to witness hundreds of Halloween monsters, witches, goblins and intricate movie costumes. The last time I was down there, I even spotted a gargantuan condom. Now that's bizarre. It literally had milk spewing out the top, if you can picture that. If you are in the market for some fun and exciting Halloween demon, monster, vampire, werewolf or movie costumes, the best place to browse is your home computer. Check out all that's offered online. You will literally find movie costumes galore.

Piglet Costume
When the night is dark and creepy, and only the crescent moon is there to light your way, what will you do? Will you fun like a victim, searching for any sign of hope that you might make it through the witching hour alive? Or will you simply skip down to the next lit house, ring the doorbell and say "Trick or Treat?" I must admit that I recommend the second one. After all, that's what Halloween is truly about. Candy, candy, candy! Oh, and lots of fun and scares. You simply can't have Halloween night without a few ghouls, goblins and monsters. Which one are you going to be this October 31st? Have you even pondered the disguise possibilities yet? Maybe you don't want something creepy at all. Maybe it's a piglet costume you're after. Let me help you find one.
Would you take advantage of a piglet costume on Halloween? I can still remember when my daughter went as Tigger for two years straight. It would have been three, but I talked her out of it, and convinced her that a witch would be scarier. However, there is certainly something to be said about Winnie the Pooh and all of his buddies. These guys have entertained children for decades now. Little ones just can't get enough of Christopher Robin and his vivid imagination. What is your favorite character? I'm going to have to go with Eore. Although he's always quite somber and gloomy, he's still cool as can be. Now, the big question is; would you consider one of these characters for that special night of the year? The one that only comes once; therefore we have to choose our disguises carefully. Whether it be a warlock, demon, cheerleader, or piglet costume, we want it to look great. Because we all know what happens if the folks love our costumes; they give us more candy. Okay, I'm not positive if that's actually true, but I did hear it somewhere. When my daughter was just a toddler, she racked up simply because everyone thought she was so cute. You've got to appreciate the power that goes with being little.
If you are scanning the stores for a piglet costume to suit your little trick-or-treater, stop wasting your time. Chances are they won't have exactly what you want. This is what the Internet is for. Get online and find the ideal piglet costume and much more Halloween surprises to make this October 31st perfect. And don't forget the candy.
